I Stephanie Wright entered the workforce when I was sixteen years old. I worked as a hostess at a restaurant located in the state of Michigan. As a hostess, I dealt with customer service and learning skills of professionalism that have assisted me in my future careers. Moving onto the start of my college education at Arizona State University, I got a job as an Office Assistant in my freshman academic year in the Department of Parking and Transit. The task I performed was data entry, communicating to consumers, and updating paperwork. I currently work at the Department of Clinical Experiences for the company of Arizona State University as an Office Assistant. In my job, I am required to enter data into the program called TK20. Also, be capable of working with the program Peoplesoft and Salesforce. I must answer/transfer phone calls, emails, and understand how to scan, print, and fax papers. My current job is teaching me to adapt to new technology and refining my customer service skills.
