- Editing of all videos using professional-standard software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition- Reviewing all footage after each shoot to evaluate the suitability of the shots to be used in the edit, in line with brand guidelines, story narrative, and other considerations.- Putting together the right shots, and using the right transitions and visual effects, to create impactful scenes and tell stories- Achieving desired mood and treatment through the use of music and/or sound effects,Input of graphics, lower-thirds, credits, subtitles etc.- Balancing audio levels and colour-grading- Making edit revisions based on director’s and clients’ feedback- Exporting into suitable digital formats for delivery.

- Oversees each project from start to delivery- Main point of contact for each project’s clients, and liaises with them to determine the scope of work, budget and other creative considerations.- Manages both in-house and freelance vendors in the production of each video, including scriptwriters, researchers, camera crew, editors, animators etc.- Takes on the role of director during filming. This includes planning shot lists, directing on-camera talents, making directorial decisions about equipment, angles, lighting, framing etc.Oversee final video for delivery - this includes edit revisions based on clients’ feedback, selection of music soundtracks, input of graphics, arranging for colour-grade and audio-mix, and exporting into suitable formats for delivery

- Exporting and syncing all rushes using professional video editing software, and reviewing them to select shots to be used for the intended video- Trims and edits video segments and arranges them in sequence, with functional and aesthetic considerations, to create desired messaging- Making creative decisions regarding the story flow and pacing, and executing this by manipulating the order and duration of various scenes and shots- Sourcing of suitable music from audio libraries, and incorporating music soundtrack with video sequence- Creating and including graphic titles, effects, supers, subtitles in video sequence- Preparing video files for final delivery, including colour-grading, audio-mixing, exporting, and uploading onto relevant channels
