• Conducted and analyzed aging reports bi-weekly to ensure open invoices are paid in a timely manner.• Process accounts receivable payments.• Process bank deposits electronically, and charge credit cards daily.• Collect purchase orders and verify that the encumbrance ties.• Generate invoices and place collection calls for past due invoices.• Other duties assigned are assisting Human Resources, in translating English documents in Spanish for employees.
