As an Associate Producer (AP) at Eventbase, Stephanie had many different responsibilities. Stephanie’s primary duties were to manage projects ranging from small to mid-size events, while supporting other producers on large-scale premium events. At any given time, Stephanie was managing and supporting 15-25 projects. She worked on a core team of producers, utilizing pooled resourcing and agile project management best practices. While in her role as Associate Producer, Stephanie also helped train and onboard new Associate Producers. She would have weekly meetings to coached the new APs through process, the product and features, and technical aspects of the role. Stephanie helped consistently deliver projects on time and budget, helping create a memorable experience for event attendees and a product that perfectly fit every client’s event use case. After only 8 months in the role, Stephanie was promoted to a Producer role.As an Associate Producer at Eventbase, Stephanie: • Managed and supported up to 25 projects at a time• Trained new Associate Producers• Helped improve bug ticket process across two departments• Documented new and existing processes • Utilized pooled resourcing to schedule project work • Ran weekly meetings with all producers
