•Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable including reviewing, training, and fielding questions to ensure entries meet GAAP standards•Complete month-end activities including journal entries, reporting, invoicing, and communicating grant and contract spending progress to managers• Complete quarter-end activities including account reconciliations, CareWare to Financial Edge reconciliations, 340b reconciliations, and create preliminary financial statements•Complete year-end activities including financial audit support, Form 990 preparation, and issuance of 1099 forms •Payroll processing backup for 150 employees•Budget, monitor, report, and invoice for 41 grants totaling $558 thousand and 16 government contracts totaling $4.8 million in revenue last fiscal year•Write policy and procedure for employees within the organization
