For the last 9 years on the in the commercial printing industry I have learned incredible amounts. It is necessary to daily think about things from a management, production, sales and manufacturing point of view. Being able to see and understand the decisions an owner or president has to make behind closed doors provides valuable experience. Although the bulk of my experience is in outside sales, I have been trained in accounting, purchasing, scheduling, customer service and sales which include customer service and estimating responsibilities. My daily contact with customers creates exciting challenges that I always learn from.
