About Me: With over three decades in the retail industry, my real passion is space management. I excel in creative problem-solving, project and process management, and building collaborative partnerships. I credit my success to establishing a culture of individual growth, commitment to excellence, creativity, and a love for everything space management. Professional Journey: My first boss instilled in me a strong work ethic and the significance of cultivating strong relationships in the tight-knit world of this industry. My breadth of experience in a variety of roles across numerous disciplines has given me a perspective that has fueled my career development. Throughout this experience, I found my true calling was in space management.Seizing an Opportunity: Along the way I recognized a significant industry need for high-quality third-party space management support. The demand for planogram work fluctuated greatly, creating a need for a flexible project and process approach. We introduced the concept of providing space management support on an as-needed basis, allowing clients to only pay for resources when needed. The results led to building a high performance team with a great reputation throughout the industry and to tripling our business at Advantage. Outside the Office: I call the charming town of Xenia, Ohio my home, where I've shared an incredible life with my wonderful husband for 27 years. We've embraced our recent empty-nester stage, with a family that's grown to include 5 children and 5 grandchildren. My absolute happy place is nestled within the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, a location I dream of making my permanent residence. Beyond that, I find joy in reading, attending concerts spanning various music genres, traveling to new destinations, and enthusiastically cheering on my grandkids at their sports events.
