Whether in a sales capacity or finding and recruiting key individuals to push innovation, I thrive in fast-paced, high impact environments. I truly enjoy what I call "the opportunity for impact" within a start-up space. I excel in knowing that everything I do (and don't do) has a direct impact on the success or failure of a project.
