- Split role overseeing Stone King’s events programme, coordinating events for three of the firm’s five offices (London, Leeds and Cambridge), and supporting the Business Development Manager in completing pitches and tender documents.- Involved in strategic planning of the firm’s events programme of roughly 250 events a year, across 5 offices nationwide. This included liaising with fee earners at initial scoping meetings and ensuring all events are aligned to the wider strategic business plans, through to post-event debriefs, and all logistical elements in-between.- Created and developed both a monthly and quarterly report tracking all of the firm's event activity, costings, success of email campaigns, statistics on sector and regional activity, and highlights for the relevant time period. This report was submitted to management and then circulated to senior fee earners.- Supported the Business Development Manager, but also independently lead on pitches/tender submissions, often working to tight deadlines with multiple partners across various sectors to promote a unified firm message and identify opportunities for cross-selling.- Worked to develop the firm’s Business Development processes, particularly in regard to strategic and targeted event invitations and personalised client communications post-event.
