Including sourcing, prepping and styling of all product. Work with our in-house creative team and external vendors to coordinate and execute the production of brand assets including visual merchandising, print materials and goods (accessories and apparel). Research, source and oversee production of goods (apparel, accessories, etc.), working with vendors directly. Manage inventory of branded merchandise, print materials, and other physical brand assets.Support with invoice management and overarching budget tracking, and program budgets.Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the success of brand initiatives and events.Support with marketing operations including work back schedules, timeline management, and other project management activities.Facilitate information and visual assets to support provincial product calls, working closely with commercial team.Manage, organize and track digital photo assets and other critical brand and product information.Help coordinate initiatives including meetings and events.Event Production and Execution: Manage event timelines and budget.Work collaboratively across teams to develop event materials and goods.Work with external vendors to source goods and event set-up. Provide on-site event support – oversee set-up, day-of execution and take-down.
