Stephanie has more than 25 years’ experience working with large organizations and governments in Asia and the US. She led Accenture’s Talent & Organization management consulting practice across Asia-Pacific for more than four years before moving to focus on the Health & Public Service industry. She has worked with clients from the public sector, healthcare, and products industries with the transformation programmes. Her experience includes architecting and managing large scale change, leadership development and advisory, operating model design, and culture development. Some examples of her experience include leading an enterprise to become more customer-centric through a new organisation structure and implementation of CRM technology; defining future organisation and people capability requirements for an strategic blueprint, strategic board workshop designs, leadership coaching and development.

Stephanie was responsible for setting up the human performance infrastructure for this multinational IT start-up company. She defined and implemented the human performance strategy, including workforce planning, compensation and benefits, recruiting strategy and processes, and capability development approach. The resulting organisational and operational model reinforced a performance-driven culture.
