Report to the Global Finance Director of the epay groupLiase with the Euronet Head Office: Treasury/Taxation/Internal Audit/Financial Reporting/FinanceResponsible for the effective management of the finance operations of epay Australia.Management and supervision of the Finance team: 3 Credit Controllers, an Accountant and a Business Analyst. Completion of management accounts in accordance with local and US GAAP requirements within tight reporting deadlines.Prepare local and US commentary/variance analysis.Responsible for month end close process and review financial results with the Global Finance Director. Review and final sign off on the revenue, cost of sales and gross margin reconciliations as part of the month end process.Review of the Payroll Tax, BAS, FBT and WHT returns.Supervision of the month end accounting process, including month end reconciliations, reporting and uploading.Assist with management and queries from Operations/Sales/Marketing/IT teams.Manage the internal and external audit process, including preparation of the financial statements.Preparation of monthly budgets and forecasts, including specific cost analysis and revenue trending projects, adding value and analysis of results.Project management and continual process improvement.Assist with the implementation of new systems, providing analysis and input when needed.Awarded the 2014 Euronet HEROES award by my colleagues
