Stephanie Graff and her Sister Sharon-Graff Radell have been running TLC for Kids, Inc. since 1985. TLC for Kids, Inc. is a household staffing firm delivering household support to clients in St. Louis, MO and surrounding areas. TLC was one of the first nanny and child care agencies in the United States and today serves as a national model and consultant to agencies throughout North America.Stephanie, a St. Louis natives and mother of two, developed TLC to help parents find safe quality in-home child care. TLC was the first to make sick child care, on-call nannies, and in-home nanny care available to St. Louis parents. Stephanie has been directing the efforts of all of TLC's specialized services, and developing TLC's on-line accessibility for nannies and families since she graduated from Emory University in 1989. Together with the assistance of the other professional TLC staff members, she has developed specialized training programs for nannies and postpartum care providers. Due to her pioneering efforts in the in-home child care field and longevity in the industry she has been called upon by local and national media as experts in their field for over 35 years.
