Duties included daily Workflow Analysis to ensure the automated processes within our operating system did not exceed the expected times and prioritize any rush or aged steps assigned to Transaction Support Specialists, Daily monitoring of Team Green Zoom Chat to provide direction or answer questions, Daily handling and creating of Asana system tasks for workflow or Transaction Support issues related to my team, Daily and weekly approving time cards and PTO requests, making time adjustments for team members as necessary, Daily updating the team productivity report, Holding a weekly team meeting to provide updates and address anything that the team as a whole needed to know, Monthly Review and One on One meetings for coaching each team member, Monthly Audits of task performance, Monthly time and phone call audits, Review procedures and processes for any updates needed and approve these updates with task stockholders, Conduct live training as needed on procedures included in my group for any new team members or employees, Handling Team Transitions and reassignments as needed.
