My mission as the Connections Coordinator is to cultivate a welcoming and engaging environment for Momentum Church guests and family members. From helping you find a parking spot, a friendly "welcome" at the door and finding 5 seats together in a crowded sanctuary, our guest services team is available so that you can focus on the only thing that matters on Sunday morning: experiencing Jesus.

My mission as an Academic Advisor at Kennesaw State University is to facilitate student success and development. In a typical advising session I may help a student: - To understand the expected standards of achievement and likelihood of success in certain areas of study. - Understand educational objectives as it relates to the students demonstrated abilities and expressed interests. - Understand the relationships among the courses, programs, undergraduate research opportunities, internships, study abroad programs, and other academic and personal development experiences provided by Kennesaw State University. - Develop a course of study and give advice about courses and the adjustment of course loads. - Find the prerequisites for subsequent courses and evaluate their progress. - Familiarize themselves with, and direct them to, appropriate campus resources.As an Academic Advisor I also participate in the advisor training sessions provided by Kennesaw State University and the Coles College to keep informed on department and university policies. I will also handle and process all related student paperwork necessary for a particular advising session.
