As our company grows, we will occasionally assess and where appropriate make modifications. Such is the case for this title change. Technology is a key driver throughout our company and innovation is our collective approach to all that we do. In 2019-2020, innovation without appropriate technology is a shortcoming....Chief Technology Innovation Officer.

My mission, as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer is ensuring that S.U.I.T.E. MP&M is and remains a cutting edge leader in our industry. Technology Officer was recently added and is a good fit! Among my most prized experiences at Thomson Reuters were the complex, multi-year, enterprise-wide strategic merger and acquisition initiatives, all of which were driven by technology. Each initiative was different, yet similar in intent - ensure synergies are achieved, meet or exceed objectives, and obtain the buy-in of stakeholders at every level. Both Thomson Reuters (previously Reuters and prior to that Bridge Information Systems) and S.U.I.T.E. Media Productions & Management are content companies. The companies’ product offerings are intangible and heavily dependent best practices which include technology, to maximize value. Of course, the companies differ in size and time in existence...yet each offers great opportunity!Building a successful company is, at its core, about communications that flow both ways - top down and bottom up. Communications that are open, honest, clear and responsive are fertile ground for planting the seeds of strategic and tactical planning. Adding plenty of sunlight and enough moisture enable discovery and agreement on conscious choices (the key drivers) that impact the organization’s future. I bring a results-oriented pragmatism to planning, coaching, observation and execution. Yes, achieving outstanding results are possible, especially when strategies are well defined; a clear transition and implementation framework is in place; and the right capabilities are aligned with the right deliverables!
