About Stephanie Jamilla

What drives me is my mission to use data, research, and monitoring, evaluation & learning (MEL) to better inform programs and policies that aim to improve the lives of others. I've had a wide breadth of experiences that have addressed environmental sustainability, health programs, migration, and education both domestically and internationally. Currently, I am most interested in examining the intersections between MEL and equity. This involves both ensuring that programs and policies are reaching stakeholders in an equitable way and probing how the MEL field could better center equity overall.
