I'm Stephanie L. Jones. I'm an award-winning author (of 9 books), keynote speaker, podcaster, and burnout coach. My mission is to empower women to break-up with burnout through giving (to themselves and others) and gratitude. Once upon a time...I gave a gift everyday for 522 days in a row. It started out with a blog and a desire to make a difference each day in 1 person’s life.I LOVED it.Giving changed my life in so many positive ways.I ended up writing a book about it in 2017, “The Giving Challenge” and began speaking around the country, all while working full time for one of the largest companies in the world.On the 3rd day of a speaking tour in Alaska,I crashed and burned. Hard. I had to literally crawl to the shower.My doctor had warned me that it’d be a matter of WHEN (not if) my body would give out because it could not keep up with me!Since 2017, and that horrible burn-out moment… I’ve been compiling all the sporadic pieces and focusing it in one creative direction still based on the principles I learned in the Giving Challenge. I now call it Giving Your Best Life or "The 4G Method" God, Giving, Gratitude, and One Good Goal.If I can help you break-up with burnout, I’m here to help, through 1:1 coaching.
