I work using cognitive behavioural therapy tenets and practices, a relational and intersubjective psychodynamic model, to which I include a strong focus onto the body experience and on the mind's imagery, co-created and explored in session. Those are rooted in mindfulness practice, hypnotherapy tenets, Jungian studies as well as infant-parent work which help with developmental and containment issues.Some of my clinical interests are contemporary psychoanalysis, the use of the body in therapy (authentic movement, body-centered mindfulness practice, body awareness), and our relationship with nature as partner and container.
