• Key Account Manager / Intermarché, Système U and EMC Group (Casino, Monoprix and Cdiscount)
• Management of 5 national customers. Responsibilities include: negotiating contracts, including rates and legal agreements; increasing revenue; and trade strategy management, margin and leverage.
• Define and negotiate annual sales plan with customers. Turnover analysis.
• Ensure best use of merchandising, price and promotion. Coordinate point-of-sale activities.
• Analyse results; research and secure new opportunities to maximize produce placement. Optimize brand presence across e-retail channel.
• Manage key accounts across various different markets and distribution networks, including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Retailers and e-retailers with Cdiscount.

• Toy & Nursery
• Sales: - Manage portfolio of 110 points of sales and a sales target of 3.7million € across all distribution fields (Hypermarkets, Specialists, Department Stores, Retailers, Nursery stores)- Explore and analyse customer.
• Merchandising: implement in-store strategy and negotiate and maximize shelf space
• Management: recruit and manage demos and merchandisers.

• Trade Marketing: Define and implement trade marketing and promotional plan.
• Merchandising: - Manage merchandising budget of 2million € - optimize budget to cut costs.- Establish merchandising strategy; manage shelf space, rules and planograms.- Management: Implement and manage temporary sales.
