Managing Director
Current- Work closely with clients to craft role success profiles and frameworks to be used to assess candidates for specific executive roles (e.g., CEO, COO, GC, CHRO, CMO, CPO, GM, etc.) or to develop executive talent more broadly across private, public, and non-profit organizations - Conduct executive assessments, leveraging a robust evaluative and diligence process to identify strengths and development opportunities and evaluating how individual executives "fit" into the context of the enterprise / business / function at hand- Evaluate selected executives / external candidates against the requirements of a designated role for the purposes advising the client on executive selection decisions - Create comprehensive executive development plans to address individual and organizational needs and executive development opportunities, and to enable executives to optimize their impact- Conduct 1:1 executive coaching sessions (in-person, via phone or video conference) to deliver relevant, timely feedback and provide tools to address practical challenges in real time- Provide support services for executives in transition (and their respective organizations), facilitating executive onboarding and enhancing team alignment - Conduct small group coaching sessions to address discrete leadership development topics- Develop training programs / seminars to optimize team effectiveness, including aligning team members around values, expectations, and operating principles- Design bespoke talent evaluation and development programs to meet client needs (e.g., M&A, turnaround, succession and leadership transitions, etc.)- Evaluate public company Boards of Directors (and their individual members), providing feedback and recommendations to optimize Board effectiveness - Advise Boards of Directors on succession plans and the characteristics and capabilities that will best help the Board to meet the current and future needs of the Company
