I have practiced law since 1995 representing insurers in coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, regulatory matters, and defense of claims arising from both personal and commercial policies. I was a licensed property and casualty insurance producer in Colorado from 2008-2014, with expertise in sales, marketing and coverage assessment, emphasizing lawyers’ professional liability and other errors and omissions claims-made coverage. I regularly defend individual professionals, such as insurance producers and attorneys, as well as insurers and other corporate entities. My current practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, professional liability defense, licensing and regulatory compliance for insurers, producers, and other businesses operating in Colorado.In 2024, I joined @Scout and Cellar as a consultant, for a new extra-curricular I both enjoy and in which I find purpose. Whether I'm exploring the wine industry or practicing law, I look forward to learning something new every day.
