I was never trying to fit a mold and an amazing life unfolded.I'm most often asked how I went from business school to vet school and then from practice to doing all of the other things I've done in my professional life. Looking back the answer is easy. I like business, I like dogs and I learned to listen to my gut. If only I realized that at the time I would have relaxed a bit!I loved practicing medicine because I liked making sense of so many inputs to ultimately help my patient. I loved starting a company because there are so many inputs to ultimately create value for a customer. Turns out that's what I love to do ALL THE TIME. Strategize and help. Whether I'm working with founders on developing their business or their mindset or helping veterinarians explore careers outside of practice I am developing strategies for impactful businesses, careers and lives.
