- Co-founding Program Officer for the Career Development for Historians Program (CDH), a professionalization program for PhDs, with seed funding from the Mellon Foundation.- Co-fundraised over $85,000 via on-campus partners to support an expansion of experiential learning opportunities by developing partnership with Los Angeles Review of Books. - Host & produce the Krieger Hall Chronicles podcast, an informational interview-style podcast that centers the diverse and public-facing work of the scholars affiliated with the UCI History Department. - Revised PhD coursework requirements by co-developing new graduate-level course, "History in the Professions," permanently embedding the professional development work of CDH into graduate curricula. - Created digital resource guides for conferencing, yearly matriculation goals, and on-campus resources and funding, thus archiving professionalization information for future cohorts of graduate students.
