As a manager in Contract and Procurement Services at The Pew Charitable Trusts, I oversee a remote team of contract associates who handle contracts and grants for various environmental projects, both domestic and international. I have more than ten years of experience in this area, and I have successfully led the development and implementation of process improvements, policies, and trainings for contract associates, buyers, and customers.My expertise includes change management, policies and procedures, training and development, and contract and grant management. I am passionate about building relationships with other organizations and individuals who share the same vision of advancing conservation and sustainability.
