Paid Media Manager
Current- Lead and manage the onboarding and ongoing training of new and junior Paid Media team members. This includes training in strategy development, implementation, optimization, client communication, and reporting.

- Work alongside the creative department in implementing GA4 and tracking with Google Tag Manager to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
