Responsibilities:• Used YTD revenues and previous trends in order to project 2016 total revenues, which were then compared with earlier predictions and communicated to the Mayor.• Analyzed concession revenues and passenger numbers allowing me to determine the restaurant types and restaurant locations with the highest revenues per passenger. This analysis will serve beneficial to the team when the airport expands and they need to find additional vendors. • Compared revenues and expenses against 2015 numbers and the 2016 budget. I further analyzed any differences found between the numbers and assisted in the creation of presentations for the senior management team to explain the YTD reports. • Helped with various tasks such as revenue reconciliation, monthly accruals, and composing an analysis of revenue generated from cargo planes. The sales team then used the report to better target potential customers. • Wrote a variety of different promotional pieces for the company to help drive traffic to the website and to increase potential customers. I wrote weekly blog updates, the monthly newsletter and promotional emails. • Created an integrated campaign to promote the company's webinar series. I scheduled speakers and promoted them six weeks prior to the event. • Edited documents such as eBooks and white papers before they were published. This resulted in stronger copy and allowed the marketing team to produce more articles in a shorter amount of time. Show less

The Strategic Communications department for the University of Missouri Athletic Department focuses on marketing all of Mizzou's teams and players and bringing media to the games.
