As an Account Director, I manage the entire life cycle of a number of accounts – from planning to implementation to budget – to ensure client satisfaction. Clients range from start-ups to large enterprises, including software, hardware, semiconductors, fiber optics, and more.Highlights of my responsibilities include:• Influencer Relations - Pitch and coordinate executive briefings with targeted media, bloggers and industry analysts. Secure product coverage and reviews as well as executive Q&As and feature stories. Successes include coverage in the LA Times, Businessweek, and dozens of trade and vertical publications.• Writing and Content Development - Versatile writing abilities to meet a variety of styles and objectives – including press releases, newsletters, bylined articles, case studies, web copy, blogs and social media posts. Keen ability to adapt writing for different audiences – from B2B to verticals to consumers.• Brand Awareness - Increase exposure for clients and their products/services/issues through placement of bylined articles, guest blogs, white papers and case studies in targeted publications. Coordinate sponsored content opportunities in strategic publications.• Social Media and Graphics Coordination - Develop, oversee and execute social media strategy based on the unique needs of the client, including getting the buy-in of marketing and corporate management. Create content calendars and regularly monitor social channels. Report on the success of social channels and provide recommendations moving forward. Coordinate development of collateral, graphics and videos with outside resources.
