CurrentCoordinate and Manage the integration of Casa prevention programs into AZ Schools, businesses and other organizations teaching students, teachers, and familiies social and emotional intelligence and healthy relationship skills. Direct and manage agency in accordance with the goals, objectives and policies of Casa and its Board of Directors. Prepare budgets for approval by the Board.Oversee the planning and administration of fundraising.Oversee monthly Board meetings, reporting Casa's business activities and financial status.Through her administration Casa has: Reached over 900,000 children through Casa's prevention education programs to teach knowledge and skills to increase their social and emotional intelligence and healthy relationship skills and to prevent them from becoming victims of abuse, to prevent them from becoming abusive, bullying people, and to prevent them from getting involved in abusive relationships, Opened two valley victim Advocacy Centers serving child and adult victims of sexual abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence, as a one-stop site providing full criminal investigation, medical exam and victim advocacy services,Maintained the largest volunteer run victim advocacy network in AZ for 28 years,assisting over 150,000 callers as Central and Northern Arizona's only sexual assault and sexual abuse 24-hour hotline, and 6,000 victims of sexual abuse and sexual assault as the County's only 24-Hour Hospital Emergency Room Advocacy. Provided individual and group counseling services for over 40,000 children, teens and adults
