I love this proverb: "A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle"​ - it sums up my work and my passions: Developing great leaders and communicators - and inspiring them to stretch, grow and achieve; working with organisations and their leadership teams to be more collaborative, intentional about their culture, environments that build and enhance success for their people and their clients.As a coach, trainer and facilitator I have worked across all sectors and at all levels; from senior police officers to strategy consultants, senior executives to undergraduates, top tier professional services firms to SMEs - in the UK and globally. This diversity gives me a wealth of experience to draw from and great opportunities to share learning across organisational and national cultures.I'm constantly fascinated, delighted and intrigued by the people I work with (clients and colleagues!!) and love finding new ways of doing what I do to get even better outcomes for them. With this in mind, my learning never stops - I am never not on a course!I am an EMCC Accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level; a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (holding an MSc in HR), a qualified performance coach and mediator and an accredited administrator for a range of personality profiling tools, including MBTI Steps 1 and II, Hogan and NEO PI.
