I lead a high-performing team of researchers and people leaders focused on supporting assurance executives in enabling risk-informed business decisions, improving their risk management processes, and managing high-performing, innovative functions.

As a research director and team manager, I’m responsible for producing original research and growing and developing the research team across two key terrains: risk management process and culture of integrity. As part of this role, I work closely with general counsel, chief compliance and ethics officers, and chief privacy officers to understand strategic challenges, identify best practice solutions, and deliver critical support. I also manage product strategy and the research agenda, in addition to providing direct manager support and coaching to the larger research team.
