Technicinas would call in to have panels programmed and verified that they were working correctly. We would remotely program panels and troubleshoot issues with sensors and/or panels. This was coupled with data entry and setting up new clients into the ADT database for monitoring and safety. Creating notes, and assisting customers with their new security alarm system. Oftentimes, we would train fellow employees who had moved up the ranks and teach panel troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

I worked for the Colorado Rockies, taking photographs of fans as they enjoyed the game. I would help manage a team of photographers, making sure they had the equipment they needed to photograph with, train them, and collect their photos throughout the game. During this time, I would then upload photographs to the online server, which allowed people to purchase their photos from the site as souvenirs. On any given day, I, too, would be out photographing patrons of the ballpark, typically escorted by Dinger and allowed to photograph families as they visited the mascot.
