Experience for processing up to 10 Federal EIN’s and 9,000+ employees on payroll, annual payroll reports, year-end W-2’s(T-4’s) and various agencies•HR experience: Experience interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, managing, evaluations, union contracts and grievance protocol. Writing/reviewing HR/Payroll policies and SOP documents. Executive compensation, qualified and non-qualified retirement, deferred compensation and SERP/Restoration plans.Project Planning and Management •PM tracking team sub-projects & reporting to Sr. Leadership & stakeholders; Ability to see the big picture and leverage resources of related practices to address business challenges within budget constraints. Proficient: SAP, SQL, Ceridian, ADP, Workday, JD Edwards’s, WordPerfect, Query, Crystal, Quick Books, One Write Plus & Peach Tree.
