CurrentAs a Delivery Support Supervisor, I coach and support team of up to 15 direct reports to ensure seamless workflow.My responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, including scheduling, approving leave, overseeing breaks, and approving timecards.My duties comprise of arranging regular meetings with direct reports to guarantee team success, growth, and development.Also, I interview and hire new associates to enhance skills and productivity.Moreover, I manage any needed customer or driver escalations by providing satisfactory solutions.Below listed are some of my achievements till date:► Owned processes and created new SOPs and procedures as startup to ensure successful team.► Performed quality assurance for contacts in order to coach/develop direct reports and meet all QA benchmarks.► Assisted in decreasing end of day reports for associates by 10% along with helping in modifying/rolling out new SOPs and procedures.
