With 18 years of experience in the credit union industry, I am a branch manager who is passionate about providing excellent service and financial solutions to our members. I have a strong background in loan origination, underwriting, and approval, as well as sales and account opening. I am also NMLS certified and speak and understand basic Spanish, which allows me to serve a diverse and growing member base. I am committed to the mission and values of Indiana Members Credit Union, and I strive to create a positive and productive work environment for my staff and colleagues.As a Branch Manager at IMCU, I oversee the daily operations and performance of the branch, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability. I lead a team of 5 employees, who I coach, train, and motivate to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional member service. I also interview, underwrite, and approve loan applications. I have successfully increased the loan portfolio, deposit growth, and member retention of the branch, as well as implemented process improvements and problem-solving strategies. I leverage my skills in sales, communication, and team building to foster strong relationships with members, staff, and partners.
