I was approached by the CEO of a Vancouver-based technology startup to manage operations for the development team. I successfully implemented some task management protocols and a file sharing system protocol. I identified gaps in the existing communications structure and worked to close those gaps.

I was successful and productive in my previous role, but my most unique and valuable skills were being underutilized. I sought to identify a more demanding and well-suited career.I orchestrated the opportunity to take a personal and professional development sabbatical, where I traveled extensively, and explored many facets of the engineering industry.I.
