I was responsible for conducting simulation activities for race preparation and development of a fully electric race car competing in the Formula E championship. I managed the development and correlation of the models used in offline and driver-in-the-loop simulations that allowed the team to create energy management strategies and analyze changes made to.

I led the vehicle dynamics section within the Formula Student team to develop simulations and conduct off and on track testing to improve the performance of the vehicle. The team competed at Formula Student UK, finishing 2nd place overall and 2nd in the engineering design event.One area of improvement that I focused on was the development of simulation.

I worked as a teaching assistant for a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate lab teaching students about internal combustion engine technology by demonstrating the use of a chassis dynamometer to test a vehicle's powertrain. I was also responsible for making improvements to the lab procedure and content.

I designed, built and programmed test equipment focusing on reducing set up time and improving accuracy.
