• Responsible for the day to day operations of the teller area. Including, scheduling, auditing, troubleshooting, and training. • Trained tellers on customer transactions, reconciling cashier’s checks, traveler’s cheques and money order sales, international money conversions and auditing vault, coin sorter and teller drawer.• Prepared monthly branch over/short report for submission to Branch Manager and senior retail management.• Instrumental in setting up and opening new branch.• Authored curriculum and facilitated training for new Teller Management class.• Trained new tellers in Teller Trainer’s absence.• Qualified for quarterly teller supervisor incentives every quarter while in this position• Instrumental in developing and implementing a “Teller Manager” training course
