717 Athletics is a women owned, 100% volunteer, non-profit organization, providing an inclusive, positive, and encouraging environment for inspiring young athletes and their families. In our first season, 717 Athletics became home to 48 athletes within Central PA and is currently the home of more than 70 young athletes who are about to enter their second season of Recreational Competitive Cheerleading. In addition to instilling confidence, leadership mindsets and the power of teamwork into the youth of our community, 717 Athletics focuses on the importance of giving back to their community through charity drives at themed practices.

I provide Office Management, Social Media Management, Event Planning and Content Creation services to local businesses within Central Pennsylvania and surrounding markets. I've had the opportunity to work with clients in the following industries: Automotive, Firearms, Health & Wellness, Memorial Services, Youth Sports, Small Business Retail, Medicinal Cannabis, Landscaping Services, and Real Estate.

As the Marketing Director, I've developed and implemented new processes to help streamline our marketing efforts and expand our market reach for LASIK candidates. In addition to these efforts, I've been responsible for updating our branded marketing pieces and growing our opportunities for community outreach and charitable contributions.As our Physician Liaison, I'm working with our referral network to understand their needs and preferences with respect to co-management, continuing education and overall patient care.

This hybrid role was created in an effort to develop and grow the dealership’s marketing and event presence while also allowing for the growth of the Internet Sales Department. I’m able to connect with local Subaru Ambassadors to create interest in event volunteering, set up “cruises” for local charities and build relationships based on a common love for the Subaru brand.

I was responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns specific to recruitment efforts for acute care hospitals across the country. In addition to marketing responsibilities, I had the opportunity to maintain strong relationships with clients and increase consultant engagement.

As a Regional Talent Engagement Manager, I worked with candidates across the country who were looking for the next step in their career and aligned them with opportunities that not only allowed them to grow professionally but to work within a culture they could thrive in.

At Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson, it was my responsibility to maintain a consistent inventory while anticipating slow buys and moving them quickly. During my time at SVH-D, I was able to implement new buying strategies that focused on function and fashion while telling a story that embraced the Harley-Davidson brand. My team of 5 associates worked closely and effectively to maintain customer relationships and provide top notch experiences on a daily basis. In my time as the General Merchandise Manager, I was able to work with my team to successfully shrink our non-moving inventory to single digits and grow our overall profit margin.

As the Marketing Manager for Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson, I was in charge of planning and executing events, community outreach, expanding our social media presence, as well as designing published ads and in-store media, building and maintaining customer relationships and collaborating with the Dealer and Director of Operations on team cohesion.

As a Media Placement Analyst for MANSI Media, I acted as a liaison between our clients and newspaper reps across the country to ensure ads were placed correctly and in a timely fashion. I had the pleasure of working with a close-knit team which allowed me to develop the flexibility necessary to be successful in a deadline focused environment.

I started as an assistant to the Claims Department where I organized files, sorted claims, and distributed the batched claims to the correct adjudicators. I was promoted to become a Claims Adjudicator where I processed the medical claims for mental and behavioral healthcare services that were provided and determined payment status for our clients.

I assisted the Accounting, Administrative and Marketing groups during my internship at HRG by putting together marketing packets for clientele, delivering blue prints to job sites and working with account managers on a regular basis.
