During the past 17 years, I have been fortunate to support the private sector, military and Government agencies. My duties included various technical and analytical roles of which I have been recognized with several awards during my career.My colleagues know me as the "go-to"​ person that can always be trusted to either know the solution to a problem, or identify the person that has the solution. I know that the customer's business comes first, and I spend a lot of time understanding the way they do business to present the best solutions. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.I currently have an MBA with a concentration in Business Management and a BA in Marketing, both through Strayer University. I received my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in September 2018 and the ITIL v4 certification in April 2020. I am excited to implement practices and knowledge gained from both my education, certification and experience to improve processes within my organization.I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues and managers so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
