I have a range of experience working in the medical field, first as a Combat Medic, then EMT. I then moved on to science lab research and phlebotomy. Afterwards I moved into the retail sector where I worked as a stocker, then promoted to service desk, overnight customer service manager, then on to backroom day supervisor and finally to salaried manager. I am currently an Asset Protection Manager. I look for discrepancies in the accounting office, research transactions gone wrong, look for internal theft, and manage the inventory for the store. I am in charge of processing any accidents in the store. I communicate with the accident claims department at Home Office to resolve any issues as well as debate any claims that may be refunded back to the store. I read and interpret specific areas of the Profit and Loss statements for the store manager as needed. I also run a team who takes care of our claims department, the receiving area, as well as the team who walks the floor undercover. I run the yearly store inventory, as well as travel with the market team to help in other stores for inventory or to research areas those stores may need help in. I have two gorgeous daughters, and am a fur mom to one dog and two cats. I love all things spooky, antique and a good crime podcast.
