Evolved the Caucus by enlisting creative and innovative ways to increase representation and advance AAPI issues and causes statewide. Specifically, responsible for supporting the Caucus’ policy agenda including the annual legislative and budget priorities; collaborating with key stakeholders, and managing various strategic initiatives.

Transformed the Office of Broadband and Digital Literacy for the California Department of Technology. Specifically responsible for collaborating with state and regional organizations, cities and counties, non government organizations, and private sector companies to advance California’s mission of achieving Broadband for All. Most notably:Broadband and Digital Literacy: -Managed the state’s California Broadband Council (CBC) increasing its credibility and efficacy within 6 months.-Inaugurated three new Council members to ensure the right representation since its inception in over 10 years.-Established various task forces focused on broadband access and adoption to extend the CBC's reach and impact.-Participated in the Governor’s Broadband for All initiative and developed the Governor’s broadband executive order N-73-20.COVID-19 Emergency Response: -Led all broadband efforts focused on rural broadband deployment solutions.-Represented CDT as a department liaison with the California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) to ensure cohesive reporting and streamlined communications with all vendors.Acting Deputy for Policy and Governance: -Managed and delivered the Statewide Information Technology (IT) Annual Report which included feedback and metrics representing all IT efforts for 2019. -Led and managed the statewide Information Technology (IT) Cost Report which included feedback from over 80 state entities measuring how the state’s IT budget was spent.Additional Roles and Responsibilities:-Selected for the Governor’s Distance Learning and Future Opportunities task forces. -Served on the California First Responders Network (CalFRN) Board for the state of California, the Technology Council for the City of Sacramento, and was a member of the Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California’s (CENIC) conference committee.
