Transformed the Office of Broadband and Digital Literacy for the California Department of Technology. Specifically responsible for collaborating with state and regional organizations, cities and counties, non government organizations, and private sector companies to advance California’s mission of achieving Broadband for All. Most notably:Broadband and Digital Literacy: -Managed the state’s California Broadband Council (CBC) increasing its credibility and efficacy within 6 months.-Inaugurated three new Council members to ensure the right representation since its inception in over 10 years.-Established various task forces focused on broadband access and adoption to extend the CBC's reach and impact.-Participated in the Governor’s Broadband for All initiative and developed the Governor’s broadband executive order N-73-20.COVID-19 Emergency Response: -Led all broadband efforts focused on rural broadband deployment solutions.-Represented CDT as a department liaison with the California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) to ensure cohesive reporting and streamlined communications with all vendors.Acting Deputy for Policy and Governance: -Managed and delivered the Statewide Information Technology (IT) Annual Report which included feedback and metrics representing all IT efforts for 2019. -Led and managed the statewide Information Technology (IT) Cost Report which included feedback from over 80 state entities measuring how the state’s IT budget was spent.Additional Roles and Responsibilities:-Selected for the Governor’s Distance Learning and Future Opportunities task forces. -Served on the California First Responders Network (CalFRN) Board for the state of California, the Technology Council for the City of Sacramento, and was a member of the Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California’s (CENIC) conference committee.

Achieved consistent advancement throughout the years with jobs quickly expanding into more challenging and complex management and leadership roles. Most notably:Global Customer Programs: -Selected to be a member of the inaugural Executive Engagement team for Oracle’s corporate executives. -Strategically planned and managed global customer executive engagement plans resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction and revenue generating activities. -Led the Americas references team which resulted in a 60% increase in reference assets, and became the model for other regions worldwide.North America Technology Division: -Managed Oracle’s key customer satisfaction programs targeting the company’s top customers in the region to enhance and measure customer satisfaction. -Led the Executive Sponsorship program increasing key accounts sponsored from 70% to 90% and decreased time to place an executive sponsor by 4 weeks within the first 6 months.- Led the Key Account Survey program increasing program participation by 50% and improving customer satisfaction score averages from 6.5 to 8 (out of 10) within the first year.Sr. Training Consultant: -Recruited for Oracle University's inaugural Americas team. -Responsible for pre-sales opportunity identification and post-sale revenue recognition resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction and a 50% increase in revenue recognition annually.
