I want to find someone who not only can do the job, but is right for the company, the department, the team. So much more goes into making an exceptional candidate, than experience or a skillset on a resume. I pride myself in knowing what the hiring manager is truly seeking and finding remarkable candidates. I drill down to understand what a candidate’s professional ambitions are, what they can do now and what they will be able to do in the future. Every person a recruiter speaks with may not be the right fit at that very moment, but I keep the connection and the communication open because down the road, they may be. I want to be the one who can say to my hiring manager, “I understand what you are looking for and I have already spoken to them. They are just who you want on your team!”
