● Oversee and manage the high school admissions process for a cohort of 115 students with the goal of matching students with the best placement that will lead them to a successful post-secondary plan.● Guide and support students and families as they navigate the high school admissions process, including recommending schools, application submission and advising on all high school choices available to their student.● Track, analyze and visualize relevant data to inform admissions strategies and monitor progress towards achieving our goal.● Create and maintain a database of recommended high schools by interpreting and using key school data (e.g. graduation rate, post-secondary enrollment, attendance, etc).

In this position at New Visions for Public Schools, I supervised all facets of the network's student recruitment and enrollment processes. During my time at this organization, I built sustainable processes and systems to support our network of public charter schools in their outreach and admissions efforts. This includes effectively managing our application and enrollment processes with the goal of meeting our targets year to year. My position was project heavy, but a key part of the role was to build relationships with key stakeholders such as, community based organizations, other schools, various agencies, families and students to increase awareness of our network. ● Lead the development and execution of a community and family outreach strategy for a growing network of 10 charter high schools to meet application and enrollment targets.● Coach, train and support on the ground school staff around the implementation of the community and family outreach work plan.● Track, analyze and visualize relevant data to inform the execution of outreach strategies and progress towards meeting targets and goals.● Organize and manage the marketing and advertising strategies including creating relevant content for printed and digital collateral and liaising with external stakeholders to execute plans.
