I am a Communications Geek with a Passion for Insurance and Financial Services. 19 years of working in Customer Communications Management and Customer Experience Platforms (CCM/CXM/CXP) has taught me how important is it for an organization communicate with their customers and ensure they make it easy for their customers to communicate with them in all forms. I worked in Government, Utilities, Consumer Finance, but I found my passion in Insurance. My father was an amazing man that worked for Western & Southern Life; he taught me the importance of protection that all insurance types offer individuals at some of the hardest times in their life. Integrity is everything to me, so when I decided to strictly focus on Insurance and Financial Services, I went looking for the best overall solution that I could offer organizations and their customers.My goal is to help my customers grow their organization, provide the best service to their customers and generate incremental revenues without incurring additional costs.
