Review and revise training materials to ensure that sound design principles and principles of adult learning are incorporated. Develop training materials for all required industrial hygiene topics. Train employees in required industrial hygiene programs including OSHA required training. Provide industrial hygiene related information to management and corporate resources as required.

Provide leadership and direction for maintaining the industrial hygiene monitoring program including qualitative and quantitative assessments for a major aluminum smelting facility. Support the Environmental Health/Safety Manager for a plant employing 320 workers. Train employees in required safety and industrial hygiene elements, including OSHA training. Originate and report all safety information to management. Oversee remediation projects to ensure successful compliance. Maintain MSDS and Hazard Communication Program. Continually evaluate, update, and customize OSHA program for maximum protection.
