My main responsibilities as Producer's Assistant were - - Providing support to the Chief Executive Officer, including without limitation diary management, travel arrangements, communications with funding bodies, broadcasters, financiers, legal and business personnel and agents, preparing project budgets and research reports, monitoring and documenting progress on projects - Overseeing the day to day organisation of the Company’s London office, including filing and information systems, ordering and office finances- Liaising with the Company Secretary and the Newcastle office on administrative, legal and financial matters - Health and safety matters in the London office- Overseeing work experience training- Coordinating publicity and public relations, including the Company’s web site

As Office Manager and Personal Assistant I had particular responsibility for the day to day organisation of the Company’s London office, the organisation and maintenance of the filing and information systems, overseeing work experience training as well as working as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Company Chairman and providing support to the Development Team and other meetings as appropriate.
