Scope: Airbus A350 Wings, A350 VTP, A330 Wings & A320 Flaps Programs.Ensuring the full visibility on the planning and progress for all production activities, participating in the definition and implementation of improvement actions in order to respect the delivery dates.- Within the scope of the production planning, keep updated on every action within the productionand diffuse the planning according to customer requirement on a regularly basis.- Management of the capacity versus workload.- Smoothen the workload and take into account the closure periods and availability of resources.- Alert on anomalies and impact measurement (consistency of planning, input data and means of production)- Ensure production monitoring (LOB-Line of balance)- Carry out the activity monitoring indicators and analyze them (manufacturing cycles, productivity ratio, advance/delay)- Monitor the implementation of improvement actions.

Scope: Airbus A220 Cabins.Assist the Program Management Team and the business workload and contracts in their administrative tasks as well as taking full responsibility on the operations of the program.Main activities:- Being the customer interface on planning, resources and technical topics- Following progress in the case of RFQs until program closure meeting- Reporting progress (follow-up of deliverables) to the customer- Negotiating if any, the late deliveries (through AirSupply ODD collaboration)- Input and modification of order books, creation of OET in the ERP- Realization of purchase requisitions- Managing the internal and external program reviews- Responsible of the financial result of the program and ensure the cost/invoicing follow-up- Managing (functionally only), structuring and organizing the team allocated to the program - Managing the ramp-up and ramp-down to adapt the workforce to the workload in close collaboration with the activity managers (Rank 1)
