I am fortunate to have many years of customer service in diverse environments. The opportunity to communicate and assist others has been paramount in my professional and personal development. The completion of my advanced degree at RIT was a true dream come true. I worked on projects where organization, problem solving, and planning were shared experiences. It was necessary to lead and be led in the completion of my degree.
