Driven and passionate Class of 2026 PharmD candidate at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. My diverse educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Biology with a minor in Business from New Jersey City University, Associate's in Nursing and General Science from Essex Community College, additionally to five years of experience as a FL Registered and Certified Pharmacy Technician.With extensive experience in various healthcare settings such as hospital, retail and long-term care pharmacies, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that includes medication reconciliation, patient counseling, immunization administration, and both non-sterile and sterile compounding. My roles as a Hospital Pharmacist Intern at Baycare Health System and Community Pharmacist Intern have allowed me to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, enhance patient care, and ensure smooth transitions of care.I am actively involved in leadership roles within both my school organizations and community. My commitment to community outreach is demonstrated through my volunteer work at clinics and health camps, where I provide medication reconciliations and support to underserved populations.Fluent in Spanish and proficient in various hospital software systems, I am well-equipped to navigate the complexities of modern healthcare environments.
